Cut four wooden boards with a circular saw to measure 72 inches in length. Cut four rectangles of plywood to measure 20 inches wide, 48 inches long. Place long 24-inch strips horizontally across the long boards, placing four short boards per pair of longboards. And then, place the two pairs up on one of the long sides with the short boards facing inwards. Place the storage shelf upright, and place the short plywood pieces on each of the shelves created by the short boards.
