Hanging An Extra Long Curtain Rods
Extra long curtain rods have numerous decorative effects, of using them to hang multiple curtains on a wall or window as treatments for curved windows. Such bars work to hang all the varieties of curtains, including curtains, borders and Swag of long curtains used in the high windows. Use them to create atmosphere in any room of your home that provides enough space.
Place additional long curtain rods so that they hang from the brackets on the ceiling instead of the wall. Tie string or other sturdy rope into the brackets and curtain holes if desired to create a loose curtain treatment or keep the rod directly on the brackets. Tree branches with extra long sand work in place of metal curtain rods for a more rustic look. And also use ceiling treatments as bedroom centers between the bed and windows if the bed is in the center of the room.
